About Fulltime Logistics
Fulltime Logistics Ltd is a transport and logistics company established in 2020, headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, with branch offices in Kampala, Uganda and Juba, South Sudan. From these bases we operate along the Northern Corridor and into the wider East African region, moving cargo by road, air and sea on behalf of importers, exporters and traders across the region.
Our core services span regional road transport, clearing and forwarding at major ports and border points — including Mombasa Port and the key regional crossings — in addition to air and sea freight services from origin to final destination.
Since 2020, we have built our business on a simple principle: logistics in this region is complex, and our job is to absorb that complexity on our clients' behalf, not pass it on to them.

What we do
Road Freight
Specialist domestic and cross-border road transport across Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan — truck sourcing, load planning, and final-mile delivery, tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Ocean Freight
Full sea freight management — FCL and LCL booking, port handling, and documentation through Mombasa, East Africa's primary gateway port.
Air Freight
Air freight space with airline partners for time-sensitive or high-value cargo — documentation, customs clearance, and tracking through to final delivery.
Clearing & Forwarding
Customs clearance and forwarding at Mombasa Port and major regional border points — documentation, duty assessment, and regulatory compliance.
